Secure Capital Group, LLC, is a Connecticut Limited Liability Company founded in June 2007 for the purpose of making short-term real estate loans and real estate investment. Our loans are secured by a First Mortgage Priority Lien at a low loan amount, relative to our collaterals market value.

Peter F. DiNardo is the Founder and Managing Director of Secure Capital Group, LLC. He was born and raised in Connecticut and has lived in Fairfield County with his wife and two sons for more than 25 years.
Mr. DiNardo graduated from The University of Florida with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Finance. He has devoted his entire career to banking, finance and real estate investment, and he has continued his formal training by attending many industry related continuing education courses as well as numerous MBA college courses.
Mr. DiNardo began his banking career with World Savings and Loan / Wells Fargo Bank. He then transitioned to the wholesale division of mortgage banking, holding management positions with Fremont Investment and Loan of California and Superior Bank of Chicago. As a Regional Sales Manager his main accomplishment was the development of high level, industry leading sales teams throughout the North East region of the country.
Mr. DiNardo’s approach to lending and protecting his family of investors is simple: minimal calculated risk and strong consistency, with an eye on long term relationships at all times. At Secure Capital Group we consistently strive to maintain minimal deviation from this proven lending model.
